Raising Meat Rabbits-From Birth to Butchering Class

This is a hands on day long class on raising your own meat rabbits. We will cover topics such as housing, feeding, breeding, general care, butchering and cooking. Recipes will be available as handouts. Each participant will have hands on experience butchering their own rabbit to take home and cook. Cost of the class includes the purchase of a live rabbit that is ready to be butchered. Cost of the class is 50.00 and space is limited to 5 participants. Thanks.
